Variar la forma de comer los alimentos contribuye mucho en la buena nutrición del hogar. Ahora, te mostramos una sencilla receta para consumir el atún de una manera diferente que te encantará.

Ingredientes
1 pan baguette

1 lata de atún en aceite

2 huevos duros

1 clara de huevo

2 cucharadas de queso rallado

3 onzas de loroco

1/4 de cebolla morada

10 aceitunas sin hueso

1/4 de barra de Mantequilla

Mayonesa

 

Procedimiento

Corte en rebanadas el pan baguette, úntelas de mantequilla, coló­quelas en una bandeja y tuéstelas en el horno por 5 minutos.

En un recipiente ponga el atún y añada los huevos duros rallados. Pique las aceitunas, lorocos y cebolla morada y agréguelos en la mezcla. Sazone con mayonesa, pimienta y sal al gusto.

Bata la clara de huevo y agregue la mezcla. Coloque la mezcla sobre el pan en partes iguales y coloque el queso rallado encima, hornee por unos 5 minutos, cuidando que el pan no se queme. Antes de servir adorne con una aceituna o una ramita de perejil.
