Ingredientes

6 muslos de pollo (seis)
Cilantro
30 gramos de menta
20 gramos de tomillo
20 gramos de romero
Un diente de ajo
100 mililitros de aceite de oliva
Sal
Pimienta

Procedimiento

Deshuesar el muslo de pollo sin retirarle la piel y colocarlo entre dos plásticos. Luego se aplasta, se empareja y se reserva.

En un procesador de alimentos, se coloca el cilantro, la menta, el tomillo, el romero, el ajo y el aceite de oliva. Se muele bien y luego se vierte en una fuente para marinar los muslos deshuesados. Se conservan durante media hora en el  refrigerador.

Posteriormente se calienta una parrilla y se sellan los muslos marinados por el  lado de la piel. Salpimentar y cocinar por ambos lados.
