Salmón ahumado

No hay nada mejor que experimentar en la cocina para comer sano. Y como a nosotros nos encanta recomendarte platillos deliciosos que hagan bien a tu metabolismo, en esta ocasión traemos una nueva ensalada fuera de serie con espinaca y salmón ahumado.

De nueva cuenta, nuestro chef colaborador Hugo Yánez Luciani nos envía una creativa y riquísima receta de ensalada gourmet para que disfrutes con toda tu familia.

Ingredientes para 4 porciones

500gr de hojas de espinaca (bien lavada)

600gr de queso mozzarella boconccino

150 gr de tomates secos (hidratados en agua caliente y luego dejar escurrir)

4 paltas pequeñas (cortadas en cuartos sin semilla ni cascara)

100gr de almendras sin piel y tostadas

300gr de salmón ahumado

Para el emplatado:

Sobre un plato hondo para ensaladas colocar una buena cama de espinaca, luego ir colocando el resto de los ingredientes por separado alrededor de la espinaca para darle color y altura. Sazonar con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto. Y buen apetito!!!
